Quake & Drake privacy policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Quake & Drake is a game by Ambient Multimedia ("we"). This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app, including test versions shared through TestFlight.
The short version
Quake & Drake does not collect, store or share any personal information. It has no accounts of its own, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn't need the internet to play.
What stays on your device
The app saves a few things on your device so the game works the way you left it:
- your settings (Dark or Family mode, sound, haptics, strike style, cavern size and rival difficulty)
- the match you're playing, so you can resume it after closing the app
- your progress towards achievements (which beasts you've found, which cavern sizes you've won on, your Hard wins) and the weekly challenge you're playing
This information stays on your device and in your own iCloud or computer backups of it. We never receive it and can't see it. Deleting the app deletes it from the device; Game Center scores and achievements stay with your Game Center account.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Apple's Game Center, the game sends your solo results there: wins against the Hard rival, your fewest strikes to win on the 10×10 cavern, and achievements. Apple runs Game Center and shows these to you and, depending on your Game Center settings, to friends and on public leaderboards. We never receive your name, Apple ID or any other Game Center data. Apple's privacy policy covers it: apple.com/legal/privacy. The game doesn't ask you to sign in to Game Center when it opens; the Game Center button on the menu asks a grown-up question first, then shows Apple's sign-in or your scores. You can turn Game Center off in Settings > Game Center, and the game plays the same without it.
Our website
Our website, where this policy is published, uses no cookies or third-party trackers and loads nothing from other companies. Visits may be counted with our own cookieless analytics, which runs on our server and isn't shared with anyone. Like any web server, it records each request (your IP address, browser type, the page and the time) to keep the site working and secure. Those records aren't used for anything else and are deleted after a short time.
TestFlight
If you test a beta through Apple's TestFlight app, Apple may share with us the feedback, screenshots and crash reports you choose to send, along with basic device information such as model and iOS version. Apple's TestFlight terms and privacy policy cover that data: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Children
Quake & Drake is made for players of all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If a future version adds features that need data (for example online matches), we'll update this policy before that version is released and describe exactly what is used and why.
