Privacy Policy

Reaux, Sham, and Go! is made by Ambient Multimedia. This policy covers the iPhone app and our sign-ups. The short version: the app collects nothing, and we only keep an email address if you choose to give us one.

The app

No data collection. The app does not collect, store or send any personal information to us.
No ads, no tracking. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs, and we never ask to track you across apps.
Your progress stays on your device. Decks, unlocks and settings are saved locally on your iPhone.
Game Center. Leaderboards and achievements use Apple's Game Center, which Apple runs under its own privacy policy. We only see what Game Center shows every player, such as leaderboard scores and nicknames.
Notifications. Reminders (like daily challenge resets) are scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent from a server, and you can turn them off any time in the iOS Settings app (Settings > Notifications > Reaux Sham Go).
Game content updates. A future update will download new units and events from Apple's CloudKit. These downloads carry no personal information.
Crash reports. If you opt in to sharing with developers in iOS or TestFlight, Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and any feedback you choose to send.

Email sign-ups

What we keep. If you sign up for news from Ambient Multimedia, we keep your email address and the date you signed up. We use it only to tell you about our games, including betas and launches, and keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Who handles it. Sign-ups are stored by our email provider, MailerLite, on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your address, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Web server logs. Like any website, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.
Deleting your email. Unsubscribe from any email, or email us and we'll remove it.

Who processes data

Apple (Game Center, TestFlight and app downloads), MailerLite (our email provider, which stores sign-ups for us) and our web hosting provider (which runs this website and keeps its access logs). These providers may process data outside the country you live in.

Your rights

We keep your sign-up email only because you asked us to (your consent). You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing from any email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you can also ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us to use these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Email sign-ups aren't meant for children under 13; if a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the address.

Do Not Track

We don't track you across websites or apps, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
