Privacy
Last updated November 1, 2026.
This policy covers the ambientmultimedia.com website, run by Ambient Multimedia. Each app has its own policy: Reaux, Sham, and Go!, Quake & Drake and DM Companion. The others will have theirs when they launch.
What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no cookies, and stores nothing on your device. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting doesn't contact anyone else.
Server logs
Like any website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page and time) for security and troubleshooting. They are rotated automatically.
The newsletter
If you subscribe, your email address is stored with our email provider, MailerLite, which processes it on our behalf so we can send you launch news and beta invites. You'll get a confirmation email first, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We never sell or share it.
The contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, topic and message by email so we can reply. We use them only to answer you, and keep the conversation until you ask us to delete it. To limit spam, the server also keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address with the times of your recent messages for about an hour; it isn't included in the email we receive.
Why we use it
We send the newsletter because you asked for it (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing). We use contact messages to answer you, and server logs and the spam limit to keep the site working and secure, because we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, have your messages or newsletter subscription deleted, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@ambientmultimedia.com with any request or privacy question and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK and aren't happy with our answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we add something new, such as analytics, we'll update this page and the date above first.
